Hi, I’m Indy
A certified Holistic Heath Consultant, and Wellness Educator. I have a Masters in Pharmacy, (to which I quickly fell out of alignment with). I am also a low tox mum of two. My passion for holistic health (mind, body & spirit) started with my own struggles. For years I was prone to hormonal acne, fluctuating weight gain and fatigue.
Up until the age of 28 I followed the typical diet, filled with ultra processed foods, sugary cereals, chocolates and processed snacks. I was addicted to Mars bars and frozen pizzas! It was only when I became pregnant with my first child, 14 years ago, I knew something had to change.
My journey started with the products declutter & detox of home products. I then started to think about the root cause of my imbalanced hormones and honed in on my nutrition. It took me years to figure it all out. Nights spent researching, reading and checking in with my body. Seeking to heal I worked with a health coach and it transformed my mindset and eventually my health.
I became passionate about cooking, recipe creating and prioritised ME.
Since then….
I have opened my own Plant Based Kitchen, and become a Certified Holistic Health Consultant. My innate love for helping others heal has become my mission and purpose. My approach combines mindset work, SMART goal setting, nutrition and a supporting the body to detox safely to clear the terrain. Together we will nurture your body and you will leave with a tool kit for life.
Dhanvadh (means ‘gratitude’ in ancient Sanskrit) and has been an integral part of my journey, Showing gratitude for my mind, body and soul through mother nature.
